After a month of indulging in holiday buffets, cocktails, huge family dinners and champagne (so much champagne) I think its time to step away from the eating-with-wild-abandon and focus on some healthy habits. I have recommitted to going the gym most days, realized that if its deep fried I should probably avoid it and I am actually craving vegetables again. And no, spinach-artichoke dip doesn't count as a vegetable. I have found that eating more protein helps me stay on track so you will notice that I have added an additional paleo meal to our weekly menu. Please let me know if you have any questions about paleo - I am never full caveman, but I have done a lot of research and have plenty of resources I can share with you.
Tuesday's deliveries will probably be on the early side so that we can start our New Year's Eve festivities on time. So please have the red bags out by noon of you are on the Tuesday route.

Sriracha Cod with Carrot Parsnip Puree
An amazing, unusual flavor combination that works on so many levels. Mild cod fillet with a punch of flavored mayo starring my favorite hot sauce: sriracha. Then to cool it back down the naturally sweet carrots and parsnips.
