Literally translated as "old clothes" because when the old Mexican women would stand over their enormous pots stirring this traditional dish it looked like they were washing their clothes. Don't let the name fool you, this is one of the most delicious flavor combinations: tender shredded beef, tomatoes, onions, green olives and spices. Delicious wrapped in lettuce cups, on top of a salad or under a poached egg.
