I had this at a restaurant recently and was pleasantly surprised how hearty and delicious this combination was. A composed salad with chicken breast (instead of the traditional tuna), boiled eggs and potatoes, tomatoes, green beans and of course the nicoise olives, all with a fresh lemon-tarragon vinaigrette.
