A hearty meal sized portion of one of my favorite salads. I recently
had this with the addition of housemade pickled beets, so delicious (and
I wasn't a huge beet fan before). Bacon, boiled egg, grilled chicken, tomatoes, and bleu cheese over crisp greens served with an avocado vinaigrette.
