new soups and salads too. Even a chicken salad for this weeks paleo selection (equally as delicious for the non-paleo eater).
I really appreciate the suggestions, I had so much fun researching and testing these new recipes. Please let me know what you think!
Pan seared chicken cutlets with a tangy artichoke and caper sauce. Al dente angel hair pasta to soak up all the delicious flavors.
During football season I bring a dish to the players' pasta feed the night before the big high school games. For these big boys I make big food and these meatballs are no exception. Swimming in a tangy marinara, these will fill you up, heart and soul.
Tender white fish with pico de gallo, cabbage shreds and our famous white sauce.
A nod to Thanksgiving a few months early. Traditional herb, sausage and apple stuffing inside a tender chicken breast, served with a side of fluffy mashed potatoes and chicken gravy. The only thing missing is pumpkin pie.
A tangy, sweet and salty Korean favorite. Thin slices of pork tenderloin and
onions in a savory sauce served over rice.
A salad in the paleo section? Something normal non-paleo eaters might love as much as us cavemen? Yes! Shredded chicken with delicious homemade Asian ginger mayonnaise with cabbage, carrots, onions and almonds. Great on its own, on top of lettuce (I'm not sure I can even say bread in this section, but what a yummy sandwich!)
